We understand that sometimes a product just isn’t quite right for you and that you may want to return your item and get your money back.
We accept returns on all products that are in their original condition, subject to the rules we set out below. None of these rules affects your statutory rights.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
If you return your items within 28 days of the item being delivered to you, at your expense, we'll refund you using your original payment method. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days of receiving the items.
We don't accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above. If you try to make a return, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can't return it to us for some reason, please get in touch - but any refund will be at our discretion.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In the unlikely event that you receive your items in a damaged state, we’ll offer you a full refund, or an exchange.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
